Pick up your own Vegies to be your own food : Malabar spinach and Rockets. My missus loves Malabar spinach, in her home town, it is one of pricey vegetables. Now that we can grow them from seeds, we love to have them a lot. It took me 6 months to grow from seeds till, we could harvest our first crop. Let see, what I did with my first crop! เจ้ ชอบผักปรังมาก ที่บ้านเจ้นั้น ผักปรังเป็นหนึ่งในผักราคาแพง ตอนนี้เราปลูกเองได้จากเมล็ดเราจึงชอบทานมาก ผมใช้เวลาทั้ง หมด หกเดือน จากการเพาะ จาก เมล็ด จนถึง เก็บเกี่ยว ผักครั้ง แรก ได้ มาดูกับครับ ว่าผมทำอะไรกับ ผลผลิตชุดแรก

"Pick your own Vegies to be your own food! : Cactus, snake beans and Carrots " In the last blog, you saw my missus food, this time is my turn to cook with my new favourite vegie, Cactus. The more I cook with them , the more I like them! I've said this before and I will say it again. Don't simply eat every cactuses you see which look like mine. You have to make sure that your cactus is edible. Even though it is edible , some people do allergic to it as well!! Be caution about it before you try!!! บล็อก ที่แล้ว ได้ เห็น อาหารของเจ้ บล็อก นี้ถึงตาผมทำอาหาร ด้วย ผัก ชนิดใหม่ที่ผมชอบ "กระบองเพชร" ยิ่งผมทำอาหาร ด้วย กระ บองเพชรเท่าไหร่ ผม ก็ ยิ่งชอบ ทานเท่านั้น ผมเคยกล่าวไว้ แล้ว และ จะ ขอกล่าวอีก ว่า อย่าลองทานกระบองเพชร ที่ดู เหมือน กระบองเพชรที่ผมเสนอ ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจ ก่อน ว่า กระบองเพชรของคุณ นั้น ทานได้ ถึงแม้ ว่า กระ บองเพชรนั้น จะ ทานได้ แต่บ้างท่านก็อาจเกิดอาการแพ้ จากการทานกระ บองเพชรได้ครับ ยังไง โปรดระวัง เรื่อง เหล่า นั้น ก่อน ที่จะ ลอง ทานครับ

ท่านที่่ให้ เกียรติ ติดตามกัน มา คงพอทราบได้ ว่า หลายเดือน ก่อน ผม ปลูกดอก กาซีเนีย และ ดอกไม้อื่น บนพื้นทราย ที่บ้าน ประกอบกับ อากาศดีขึ้น ดอกไม้ เริ่ม งามกุหราบแตกยอด แต่บานไม่ทันโชว์ครับ ยังไงก็ตามนำดอกตูมมาลง ตามเทศกาล ปีนี้ไม่ได้ออกไปไหน เพราะ คนเยอะ คงทำกับ ข้าวรอเจ้ มาทานเช่นเคย ถ้าเจ้กลับ บ้านเร็วจะ ไป ย่างอะไร ทาน ที่ชาด ทะ เลครับ for the members who have been following my blogs all along, might know that , months ago, I grew Gazania and other flowers on my sandy front lawn. Luckily that, the weather is getting better, some of the flowers start to bud. The roses are just budding, they don't blossom quick enough to catch up with the season. Anyway, I took their buds photoes and posted them for you guys. I and the missus will not go anywhere due to overcrowded . This year, I will cook and wait for her at home, if she is back quick enough, we might have a chance to go to the beach for having a Babeque!

"My missus pick up the vegie and make me a meal!! : a Bitter melon and Shiso leafs" She loves cooking, as much as she loves her works. I can not complain about those two, she is a pretty wife in my garder, but in the kicthen she is the boss. we got our first bitter melon of this season the other day, a little one, I must say. It was just enough to make a meal for two. She picked it up with a bit of shiso and some of lemon basils! Let see what she cooked. เจ้ ชอบทำงาน พอๆ กับทำกับข้าว ผมไม่สามารถตำหนิ เธอ ในสอง อย่างนี่ได้เจ้ จะ น่ารัก มาก ใน สวนครัว แต่จะเปลี่ยน เป็น ดุดัน ทันที ช่วงนี้เราเพิ่งได้เก็บ มะระ ลูกแรก ลูกเล็กๆ ไม่ใหญ่ แค่พอทำกับข้าว ทานได้ สองคน เจ้เก็บมะระมา กับ ใบ งาม่อน และ ใบแมงลัก มาดูกันครับ ว่า เจ้ ทำกับข้าวอะไร

Pick up you own vegies to be your own food : Japanese pumpkin. This blog is a sequence of my last blog รวบรวมผักในบ้านที่ทานไปแล้ว Showing off my vegies that already been eatten!! . I cooked some of those vegies last time. Well, I ended up making Stuffed pumpkin and fried pumpkin with Prawn paste . I will not grow the nutty red pupkin this Autumn again. Even though we love to eat them ,I want to try to grow something els too. It tastes will never be forgotten!! บล็อก นี้ เป็น บล็อกต่อ เนื่องของบล็อกที่แล้ว  รวบรวมผักในบ้านที่ทานไปแล้ว Showing off my vegies that already been eatten!!  ผมทำอาหารจากผักที่เก็บบางส่วน สุดท้าย ผมทำ ฝักทองยัดใส้ และ ผัดฝักทองใส่กะปิ ผมคงไม่ปลูก ฝักทองเนื้อมัน ลูกแดง อีก ในหน้าใบไม้ร่วงนี่อีก เพราะ อยากลองปลูก อย่างอื่นดูบ้าง ถึง เราสองคนจะ ชอบทานมัน มาก รสชาติของฝักทองนั้น ยากที่เราจะ ลืมเลือนครับ

I've been busy doing my own things. I wish , I can always update my blog for you guys. I like blogging communication. I went through my last month pictures and find some pix that I have not shown you guys yet . They are vegies of the past, I use them all for my food. Just so you can catch up with what I have grown!! ช่วงนี้ผม เริ่มยุ่ง ผม หวังไว้ว่า ผม สามารถ เขียนบล็อก คุยกับ เพื่อนๆ ได้ บ่อยๆ ครั้งนี้ ผมไปค้นเจอ ภาพเก่าๆ ของ เดือน ที่แล้ว ที่ ยังไม่ได้เอามา แบ่งกันชมกับเพื่อน มันเป็นภาพ ของ ผัก ที่ ผม ได้ใช้ทำ อาหารไป หมด แล้ว แต่ยังไง ก็ แสดงให้เห็นได้ว่า ผม ปลูก อะไร ไป บ้าง 

 I always touch by the members gathering events. Even I could not be there, I sill can feel the warmth through out their blog's pictures. Thanks for letting me see those pictures. Here is my missus's food Gyozas and my food crumbed Pla-som, the food used some of their ingredients straight out from my garden!!! ผมรู้สึกประทับใจทุกครั้งที่มี การรวมตัวกันของสมาชิก ถึงผมจะไม่ได้ไปด้วย แต่ก็ยังสัมพัสความอบอุ่น ผ่านทางรูปภาพได้ ขอบคุณที่นำมาให้ชมครับ ครั้งนี้ เป็นอาหารที่เจ้ทำครับ เกียวซ่า ส่วนของผมทำ ปลาส้มคลุกเกล็ดขนมปังทอด ส่วนผสมบางอย่างของอาหารชุดนี้ เก็บออกมาจาก สวนครัวผมใหม่ๆครับ

First of all, I and my wife are respecting each other . Just only ,I've been working at home, I have to do the house thinks such as Gardenning and cleaning out door. My wife clean inside the house and do laundries. If her work is too busy, I will give her a hand with her household work. Anyway, gardening is my respondsible. I love doing it anyway, latly my wife keep coming back home with the new plants. Well I have to plant them for her! ก่อนอื่น ผมและ แฟน ให้เกียรติ ซึ่งกันและกัน แต่ผมนั้น ทำงานจากในบ้าน ดั้งนั้นผมต้อง ทำงานบ้าน เช่น ทำสวน และ ทำความสะอาด นอกบ้าน แฟนผมเขาจะทำความสะอาด ในบ้าน และ ดูแลเสื้อผ้า แต่ถ้าเขางานยุ่งผมก็ ช่วยเขาเหมือนกัน อย่างไรก็ตามผมรับผิดชอบงานสวน ที่ผมชอบทำ แต่พักหลัง แฟนผมมีต้นไม้ ใหม่ๆ ติดมือ กลับบ้านเสมอ เมื่อ เป็น อย่างนั้น ผมก็ ต้องปลูก
